OUR STORY
Elite Sentry Security was founded by brothers Bobby and Jack Cooper with a shared goal: to build a security company that clients can genuinely trust.
The business brings together two complementary areas of expertise: operational security and business leadership. Bobby leads the security side of the company, drawing on years of experience in policing, custodial services, close protection and residential security. Jack oversees the business operations, client experience and long-term growth of Elite Sentry Security.
After working within the private security industry, Bobby had seen first-hand how important it is for clients to know exactly who is responsible for their safety. When someone’s personal security is involved, there should be no compromises. Clients deserve complete confidence that the people protecting them have the experience, training and judgement to protect them when it matters most.
That conviction led Bobby and Jack to establish Elite Sentry Security — a company built around high standards, experienced professionals and a commitment to doing the job properly.
For us, security is about far more than a license or a uniform. It is about earning trust, staying prepared and giving our clients confidence that they are in safe hands.

Bobby Cooper: Co-Founder & Managing Director
Bobby is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Elite Sentry Security. A former Police Officer with over six years’ experience in close protection and residential security, he has protected high-net-worth individuals and private residences across the UK. Alongside leading the operational side of the business, Bobby continues to serve in The Rifles, British Army Reserve, where ongoing military training helps maintain the professionalism, discipline and preparedness that underpin Elite Sentry Security.
I’ve spent my career protecting people, and that responsibility has never been something I’ve taken lightly. For me, security isn’t simply about responding when something goes wrong—it’s about preparing properly so our clients can go about their lives with confidence, knowing they’re in safe hands.

Jack Cooper: Co-Founder & Business Operations Director
Jack co-founded Elite Sentry Security alongside Bobby and oversees the day-to-day operations of the business. Working closely with the operational team, he focuses on building efficient systems, clear communication and a professional client experience, ensuring the same high standards are reflected from a client’s first enquiry through to the successful delivery of every assignment.
I believe the experience clients have with Elite Sentry begins long before an operative arrives on site. Clear communication, reliability and attention to detail are just as important as the security itself, and I want every client to feel confident they’ve chosen a company that genuinely cares about getting every detail right.
